Book an Appointment

If you are a current client of our service, please feel free to book an appointment online at anytime. If you're not a current client, contact us on 03 4100 0082 (or email reception@thinkactively.com.au) to arrange an appointment.

Appointments are managed through the Practice Management System, Halaxy. When making a booking, please ensure you use the name, email address and mobile number that we have registered for you or your child. If you have any difficulty making a booking online, please don't hesitate to call.
